12-Month Limited Warranty
IRONWOD equipment is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
Coverage
This warranty applies to strength and cardio machines, racks, weight plates, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and other IRONWOD training equipment.
For a covered defect, we will arrange repair or replacement at no charge, including necessary parts, labor, and shipping costs associated with the approved warranty claim.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic marks that do not affect safety or function.
- Damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or inadequate maintenance.
- Rust caused by prolonged exposure to moisture or failure to remove sweat and chalk.
- Scratches or coating damage caused by impact or abrasion.
Issues resulting from defects in materials or workmanship remain eligible for assessment.
How to Make a Claim
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos. We will review your claim and advise on the next steps.
Please report any missing items or visible shipping damage promptly after delivery. This does not limit coverage for hidden defects discovered during the warranty period.
This warranty does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
